For more than forty years, I have been a civil litigator in diverse practice areas, including Professional Liability, Premises Liability, Products Liability, Contracts, Negligence, Wrongful Death, Insurance Coverage, Workers' Compensation, and Municipal and Governmental Law.  Since the end of 2012, I have applied the reslting knowledge and experience to the legal consulting and mediation services I now offer to attorneys and their clients throughout the country.
