PRACTICE AREAS
In addition to serving as the Senior and Managing Partner of Teague Campbell Dennis & Gorham, LLP for twenty years, from 1993 through 2012, I had a diverse trial and appellate practice for nearly four decades in a wide variety of practice areas, including Professional Liability, Premises Liability, Product Liability, Insurance Coverage, Negligence, Contracts, Wrongful Death, Workers' Compensation, and Municipal and Governmental Law. In that practice, I appeared as counsel of record in over fifty cases before the North Carolina Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and United States Supreme Court.
