Mediation Fees

 

​Unless otherwise set by the court or administrative agency, my standard fees are:

                        Hourly Rate                                                     
                        One-time Administrative Fee                          

                        Travel Outside Normal Geographic Area*    
                        Postponement/Cancellation Fee**                

Upon commencement of a settlement conference, a two-hour minimum fee will be charged.

 

 

All fees will be invoiced to the parties equally, absent an agreement of the parties to an alternative allocation.

 

 

 

* I offer mediation services without travel charges in the following thirty-two counties in central and southeastern North Carolina:  Alamance, Bladen, Brunswick, Chatham, Columbus, Cumberland, Duplin, Durham, Edgecombe, Franklin, Granville, Greene, Guilford, Harnett, Hoke, Johnston, Lee, Lenoir, Moore, Nash, New Hanover, Onslow, Pender, Person, Pitt, Randolph, Sampson, Vance, Wake, Warren, Wayne and Wilson. The travel rate applicable to mediations in other counties includes mileage and other travel expenses.

 

** Applies if your mediation is postponed or canceled.  The postponement/cancellation fee will be waived if we are able to reschedule your mediation.
